| GOLF OUTINGS & PROFESSIONAL STAFF INFORMATION |
Looking for a first rate golfing experience for your golf outing? The historic Fall River Country Club typically hosts 25-30 golf outings each year featuring a staff with decades of experience. Events are conducted on a (non-Holiday) Monday with the option of a morning or afternoon shotgun start. Outings feature PGA Professional management of the event, golf cart staging and drive up bag service, scoring by the professional staff, and many other detailed amenities. Club policy requires a minimum of 80 golfers and that there is a meal with the tournament. The club dress code (proper golf attire including some type of collar and no jeans) is strictly enforced.  Tom Tetrault PGA Head Golf Professional Born and raised in Pawtucket, RI, Tom Tetrault received his college education from Roger Williams University. His love for golf led him to the Fall River Country Club in 1972 where he was hired as the assistant golf professional. In 1975 he was promoted to Head Golf Professional and has been so ever since. His primary career goal, as well as his staff, is to continually provide outstanding service to all the members and visitors of the Fall River Country Club.
In 2007 Tom was elected to the New England PGA Hall of Fame as their 28th member, joining the likes of Donald Ross and Dana Quigley. His Hall of Fame plaque is inscribed with the following: "Tom Tetrault, who has been the head professional at Fall River Country Club in Fall River, Massachusetts since 1975, has distinguished himself on numerous occasions during his exemplary thirty five year career as golf professional. His contributions as a true pioneer in the success of education, club relations and junior golf programs in New England and around the country are legendary. Tetrault was honored by the New England Section PGA as its Horton Smith Trophy recipient in 1985, Bill Strausbaugh Award recipient in 1986, 1989 and 1996, Junior Golf Leader in 1998 and was named Golf Professional of the Year in 1990. In 1986,Golf Digest named him as the inaugural recipient of its new award, the Golf Digest Junior Golf Promoter of the Year. He has also earned national recognition from the PGA of America as its Bill Strausbaugh Award recipient in 1998. In 1985, Tetrault received the Rhode Island Chapter NEPGA’s Distinguished Service Award and the
Chapter recognized him as its Golf Professional of the Year in 2006.
Tetrault has held every office within the Rhode Island Chapter and served the NEPGA as a vice president, secretary-treasurer, then as its president from 1989 to 1990. His continuous service to numerous chapter, section and national committees, notably the Club Relations, Education and Awards Committees, also includes being the current chairman of the NEPGA Ethics Committee.
Tom Tetrault's tremendous contributions to the game of golf, to the
PGA and his unrelenting crusades to benefit the game and to help his fellow golf professionals succeed in their careers, has earned the respect and admiration of all who have been privileged to know him and of the many his life of service has touched."
Tom currently lives in Somerset, MA and continues his hard work and dedication to the Fall River Country Club. |

 Ben Kilborn Assistant Golf Professional Born and raised in Providence, RI, Ben graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BA in Communications. His interest in the golf industry began at age 12 when he started playing, caddying, and working odd jobs at the Agawam Hunt Club in East Providence.
2010 is Ben's fourth full season at the Fall River Country Club, but he has assisted the golf staff since the winter of 2005. In 2009 he was recognized as the Rhode Island PGA Assistant Professional of the Year. Prior to joining FRCC he served as an Assistant Golf Professional at the Sakonnet Golf Club in Little Compton, RI from 1999-2006. Ben also spent three winters as an Assistant Professional/Caddie Master at the exclusive Top-15 Florida course Loblolly Golf Club, and one winter at Quail Ridge CC. During college he worked for the golf shop operations staff at Point Judith Country Club, while spending his summers managing the tennis program at the Sakonnet Golf Club. He is currently enrolled in the PGA Apprentice Program and aspires to be a Head Golf Professional in the future.

Paul White
Assistant Golf Professional
Paul White returns in 2010 for his second season as an Assistant Golf Professional at Fall River Country Club. Previously, Paul worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Segregansett Country Club in 2008. He also worked at the Carnegie Abbey Club from 2005-2007, serving various roles in the golf operation.
Paul graduated with an AD from CCRI and has an extensive background in customer service and sales. He is currently a resident of Warwick, RI. Paul is enrolled in the PGA Apprentice Program and aspires to be a Head Golf Professional in the future.
